Haalbaarheidsstudie restauratie en renovatie met uitvoering van Energieaudit Onroerend Erfgoed van het Klein Begijnhof nummers 1, 3, 6, 22, 22A, 23, 24, 25, 26 en 27. Het doel is een studie van de nodige restauratie- en renovatiewerken uit te voeren en een Energieaudit Onroerend Erfgoed te laten opmaken, waarbij in kaart gebracht wordt welke werken dienen uitgevoerd te worden binnen welke randvoorwaarden omwille van de erfgoedwaarde, en een aanzet te kunnen opmaken voor de lastenboeken voor de gespecialiseerde uitvoerders. De restauratie- en renovatiewerken hebben tot doel de erfgoedwaarde te behouden, en de woningen (binnen hun erfgoedkader) te laten voldoen aan de huidige normen inzake veiligheid, energie en comfort.
