Deze opdracht heeft als voorwerp het aanduiden van een Managed Service Provider (MSP) voor Bouwkundige en Bouwtechnische opdrachten en exploitatienoden van het Gemeenschapsonderwijs (de Opdrachtgever). De Opdrachtgever verwerft de dienstverlening van de MSP.
