Le coordinateur sécurité santé assurera des missions de coordinateur sécurité projet et réalisation concernant des chantiers temporaires ou mobiles pour des bâtiments scolaires de la FWB pour une durée de trois ans, prolongeable d’une année. Chaque mission de coordination fait l’objet d’une commande spécifique : soit une mission de coordination au stade projet soit une mission coordination au stade réalisation. Il sera demandé que le prestataire de la mission au stade projet, sauf circonstances particulières du prestataire (décès, faillite, …), assume prioritairement la mission au stade réalisation avant d’accepter une mission sur un autre projet qui pourrait compromettre sa disponibilité pour assurer le suivi de réalisation.
