Het uit te voeren project betreft de renovatie van een 34-tal woningen als hoofdopdracht. En een 38-tal woningen als herhaalopdracht. De projectzone is gelegen in de gemeente Laakdal en omvat 72 woningen gelegen aan Vissenstraat, Wouwerhoeve, Stokberg en Akkerrode.
Volgende zaken worden aan de buitenkant gerenoveerd:
- Isoleren van gevels en daken
- Nieuwe dakleien
- Nieuw buitenschrijnwerk en beglazing
- Gevelrenovatie
- Nieuwe goten en afvoeren
- Plaatsing zonnepanelen in het kader van het behalen van een gunstig E-peil Renovatiewerken kunnen verschillen per adres, afhankelijk van de staat van de woning. Volgende zaken worden aan de binnenkant gerenoveerd:
- Nieuwe keuken (met recirculatiedampkap)
- Nieuwe badkamer en toilet
- Nieuwe vloeren hele woning (niet de garage)
- Herstel van wanden en plafonds
- Nieuwe binnendeuren
