Description
Le présent marché, d'une durée de quatre ans, vise à l'acquisition de gros matériel de cuisine pour les trois maisons de repos et de soins du CPAS de Verviers. Celles-ci comptent un total de 505 lits répartis comme suit:
- Résidence Saint-Joseph, chaussée de Heusy 77 à 4800 VERVIERS: 200 lits
- Résidence La Lainière, rue de Heusy 95 à 4800 VERVIERS: 155 lits
- Résidence La Barcarolle, avenue Jean Lambert 99 à 4801 STEMBERT: 150 lits.
Chaque produit proposé devra obligatoirement être compatible avec l'existant. Toute proposition n'étant pas compatible avec l'existant sera considérée comme substantiellement irrégulière. L'entreprise constitue un marché à bordereau de prix (marché stock).
Les quantités reprises dans le présent marché sont fournies à titre purement indicatif ainsi les fournisseurs n'auront droit à aucune indemnité si ces quantités n'étaient pas atteintes. Pour chaque lot, toute offre ne proposant pas 100% des produits repris à l'inventaire sera éliminée. Toute offre ne correspondant pas au minimum avec le descriptif du présent cahier spécial des charges sera considérée comme substantiellement irrégulière.
Le marché pourra être résilié dans les conditions légales précisées au point "Défaut d'exécution et sanction".
