Deze opdracht heeft als doel het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor het overslaan, handmatig sorteren en verder verwerken van brandbaar groot vuil afkomstig van de huis-aan-huisophaling, openbare afvalbakken en sluikstort waarbij de nog recycleerbare fracties (hout, ijzer, harde plastic) naar erkende verwerkers worden gebracht en het brandbaar groot vuil naar Isvag wordt gebracht. De aangeleverde afvalstoffen moeten zoveel mogelijk omgezet worden in gerecycleerde materialen.
