De raamovereenkomst heeft als voorwerp de levering en plaatsing van bezoekersstoelen en tafels op afroep voor de inrichting van vergaderzalen, gesprekslokalen, onthaalruimtes,... Het standaard assortiment bestaat enerzijds uit stoffen beklede (bezoekers)stoelen, houten (bezoekers)stoelen, en kunststof (bezoekers)stoelen. Anderzijds uit (vergader)tafels en werktafels die zijn ontworpen voor één tot twee personen met een beperkt gewicht, waardoor ze gemakkelijk te verplaatsen zijn.
Het aangeboden meubilair dient geschikt te zijn voor intensief gebruik. Het niet-standaard assortiment omvat de levering en plaatsing van de catalogusartikelen. Leveringen en plaatsing gebeuren op basis van deelbestellingen (ook per stuk) en dienen te gebeuren op diverse locaties in Vlaanderen en het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest.
Zij beoogt een kader vast te leggen dat als basis zal dienen voor de gunning van toekomstige afzonderlijke bestellingen. De raamovereenkomst doet geen alleenrecht ontstaan in hoofde van de opdrachtnemer. De geraamde aantallen zijn niet bindend.
Het bestuur heeft het recht om bij de bestellingen van grote hoeveelheden betere voorwaarden te onderhandelen.
