Le Contrat de Service public 2024-2028 conclu entre la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale et la STIB dispose que la Région, en étroite collaboration avec la STIB, procède annuellement auprès des clients de la STIB à une évaluation de la perception des services offerts par celle-ci.
