L’objet du marché porte sur la désignation d’un réviseur d’entreprises comme commissaire aux comptes chargé des services de contrôle et de certification des comptes généraux de la Société des Transports Intercommunaux de Bruxelles (STIB) et pour les comptes consolidés ainsi que pour les rapports et informations en matière de durabilité (CSRD). Il s’agit notamment des contrôles et certifications en vertu du Code des finances publiques de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale du 04 avril 2024 et de ses arrêtés d’exécution et des contrôles et certifications des comptes annuels en vertu du droit comptable belge (Le code des sociétés et des associations du 23 mars 2019). Ce marché est soumis au droit belge et est exécuté conformément au cadre légal.
La désignation d’un réviseur d’entreprise est conforme à l’article 36 des statuts (qui confie le contrôle des comptes à un collège de trois commissaires aux comptes, dont un réviseur d’entreprises).
