Die Deutschsprachige Gemeinschaft ist Eigentümerin zahlreicher Immobilien. Dabei handelt es sich neben Verwaltungsgebäuden, Schulen und Grundstücke auch um Wohnhäuser, zwei Burgruinen, denkmalgeschützte Gebäude, touristische Unterkünfte sowie ein Kino. Um den aktuellen Wert für das bilanzielle Anlagevermögen zu ermitteln, bedarf es eines Schätzungs-gutachtens des gesamten Immobilienparks, der sich im Besitz der Deutschsprachigen Gemein-schaft befindet.
Bis auf eine Ausnahme befinden sich alle Immobilien auf dem Gebiet der Deutschsprachigen Gemeinschaft. Der Auftrag besteht in der Bewertung der Grundstücke sowie der Immobilien unter Berück-sichtigung des aktuellen Zustands. Der Bericht des Gutachters ist zwingend in deutscher Sprache zu erstellen und soll nachstehende Informationen enthalten: siehe Auftragsunterlagen.
