Flanders Make vzw wil een applicatie laten ontwikkelen voor het volledige FM-netwerk om relevante verbindingen te maken tussen de verschillende medewerkers van het netwerk en dit op basis van publiek beschikbare informatie enerzijds zoals bijv. wetenschappelijke publicaties (zoals bijgehouden in bijv.
