Le présent marché a pour objet la désignation d'une agence de notation financière en vue d’accompagner le groupe ORES dans ses activités de demandes de financement. L’objectif principal est d’obtenir une notation financière publique permettant de renforcer la crédibilité du groupe ORES auprès des investisseurs, notamment dans le cadre de futures émissions obligataires.
