De opdracht bestaat uit het leveren, plaatsen, verhuren en technisch onderhouden van warme- en koude drankautomaten, inclusief opvullen met gebruiksgoederen en reinigen (= full service). Er worden geen automaten aangekocht door VDAB. De leverancier staat in voor de volledige dienstverlening (full service), zoals verderop beschreven in de technische bepalingen van dit bestek (DEEL III).
De VDAB zal geen minimum-afnames garanderen van automaten, noch van grondstoffen. De inschrijver kan dit ook niet eisen. De VDAB voorziet in de opstartfase de installatie van: - 120 warme drankautomaten (vermoedelijke hoeveelheid) In een latere fase de installatie van - 15 frisdrankautomaten (vermoedelijke hoeveelheid) - 12 betalende automatisch/semiautomatische koffieautomaten met verse bonen (vermoedelijke hoeveelheid)
