Le présent cahier spécial des charges concerne un accord-cadre de services ayant pour objet des évaluations d’incidences sur l’environnement pour le compte de Perspective. L’accord-cadre est divisé en 3 lots, qui comprennent chacun différents études d'accompagnement. Ce sont des études indépendantes visant un objectif thématique spécifique et circonscrit, en vue notamment de compléter le RIE sur une problématique ponctuelle ou faire un accompagnement de la maîtrise d’ouvrage dans certaines étapes des missions.
Ces études ne sont pas imposées par le cadre règlementaire. LOT 1 : Etudes faune et flore LOT 2 : Etudes énergie et émissions LOT 3 : Etudes eau. Les lots sont tous des lots entièrement indépendants.
