Le présent marché a pour objet une mission de consultance portant sur l'accompagnement de l'Université de Liège dans l'internalisation de la restauration, qui aura lieu dès le 1er janvier 2026 (via son ASBL de gestion de la restauration), en vue d’une évolution vers des cantines durables. Le marché fait suite à un rapport d’expertise concluant à la faisabilité du retour à l’internalisation de la restauration et précisant les conditions de succès du projet. Les prestations seront réalisées conformément aux recommandations du rapport d'expertise annexé au présent CSC.
