Voor Groep Hasselt is het belangrijk om te blijven investeren in goede aanwervingsprocedures, met als doel: de juiste persoon op de juiste plaats. Een externe partner, gespecialiseerd in het afnemen van development centers met ontwikkeladvies, wordt hierbij ingeschakeld als adviserend orgaan voor de selectiecommissie.
