Voorwerp van deze diensten: Keuringen door 1 dienstverlener voor technische controles op de werkplaats Toelichting: Deze keuringen en controles van technische installaties, materiaal en machines (Bijlage 6 - Meetstaat) bestaat uit : a. het opstellen van de planning (jaarlijkse en geactualiseerde maandplanning) van alle keuringen en controles volgens de wettelijk voorgeschreven periodiciteit of volgens de door VDAB gevraagde periodiciteit in die gevallen waarvan de frequentie hoger ligt dan de wettelijk voorgeschreven minima b. het uitvoeren van deze periodieke keuringen en controles met respect voor de toepasselijke wetgeving c. het uitvoeren van het wettelijk voorziene onderzoek vóór (her)indienststelling van deze onderdelen waarvoor de VDAB deze prestatie afroept d. het uitvoeren van keuringen en controles op vraag van VDAB en niet in de planning opgenomen. e. het uitvoeren van risicobeoordelingen en -evaluaties, conformiteitsonderzoeken en -controles waarvoor de VDAB deze prestatie afroept (bv. conformiteit met de eisen van de ‘ATEX’-richtlijn met betrekking tot veiligheid en gezondheid) f. het opmaken van een voorlopig verslag dat onmiddellijk na uitvoering van de keuring dient te worden overhandigd aan de VDAB g. het opmaken van een definitief verslag dat binnen de voorziene termijnen van dit bestek ter beschikking wordt gesteld van de VDAB (handgeschreven verslagen worden niet aanvaard) op het klantenportaal h. het opmaken van een jaarlijkse samenvatting van alle keuringen en controles en deze digitaal ter beschikking te stellen van de VDAB i. het verlenen van informatie en advies met betrekking tot de wettelijke verplichtingen, in het bijzonder met betrekking tot, maar niet uitsluitend, wijzigende wetgeving j. het beschikbaar stellen van een online tool (digitaal platform) om de planning en alle prestaties op te volgen en te voorzien van alle tools om o.a. verslagen en gedetailleerde informatie op te zoeken. De data van VDAB moeten op een gepaste wijze beschermd worden.
