Le marché a pour objet de trouver un prestataire de services - d’une part, qui puisse fournir des prestations de développement et d’assistance pour des outils de Customer Data Plateform, Mass Mailing, Marketing Automation (à titre d’exemple Tealium, ActiveCampaign, AWS). - d’autre part, qui puisse apporter un support sous forme de consultance pour les équipes travaillant dans ces outils L’adjudicataire doit pouvoir démontrer de l’expertise dans les technologies Tealium, ActiveCampaign et AWS ou outils marketing similaires au moyen de certifications officielles (quand elles existent) ou de références de projets. L’adjudicataire devra apporter une assistance ponctuelle pour les outils de façon réactive ou préventive. Un support sous forme de consultance est également requis.
