Woonkade Rupelstreek bv is een woonmaatschappij actief in de gemeenten Boom, Rumst, Niel, Hemiksem en Schelle. Wij beheren zowel patrimonium in eigendom als ingehuurde panden (+/- 2200 panden). In beide gevallen worden wij geconfronteerd met panden waarvan de inboedel ontruimd dient te worden.
Omdat een snelle verhuring voor onze maatschappij noodzakelijk is, zoeken wij hiervoor een externe firma. Bedoeling is om na ondertekening van de offerte (per pand) binnen de 7 kalenderdagen de werken aan te vatten. Dit omdat we een pand binnen de maand dienen verhuurd te krijgen en het ontruimen dikwijls de eerst stap in het her-verhuurbaar maken is.
De inschrijver die op de opdracht intekent moet hiervoor de capaciteit hebben qua personeel en materieel.
