De opdracht betreft het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor 4 jaar voor de aankoop, montage en onderhoud van weeg- en identificatieapparatuur voor de IDM-vuilnisophaalwagens. Afroepen zijn in functie van de noodwendigheden, doch de afname wordt geschat op minstens 2 systemen per jaar dit in functie van de doorlooptijd van de bestelling van een vrachtwagenchassis met opbouw. De weeg- en identificatie-apparatuur dient opgebouwd op nieuwe voertuigen met een beladingssysteem geschikt voor 40 liter containers tot en met 1100 liter containers.
Het weegsysteem dient een dynamische weging uit te voeren van de aangeboden afvalcontainers volgens gewenste ijkklasse. Het identificatiesysteem dient de identificatiegegevens uit te lezen uit de chip aanwezig in de container en de gegevens te koppelen met de geregistreerde gewichten ten einde een DIFTAR inzameling en afrekening mogelijk te maken. De opdracht omvat ook het afsluiten van een full omnium onderhoudscontract voor de geleverde apparatuur voor een periode van 8 jaar.
