Deze overheidsopdracht is een opdracht voor diensten en betreft een raamovereenkomst voor het afsluiten van een verzekering ambulante zorgen binnen het cafetariaplan voor de werknemers van de deelnemende gemeenten. De aanbestedende overheid behoudt zich het recht voor om de opdracht niet te gunnen, of slechts te voldoen aan een gedeelte van de opdracht of het opnieuw uitvoeren van de procedure en dit zonder vergoeding. Elke gemeente die is opgenomen onder de deelnemende gemeenten, kan zelf beslissen om af te nemen van deze raamovereenkomst al dan niet.
Op vandaag hebben de gemeente en het OCMW van de gemeente Wingene en De Panne de intentie van deze opdracht effectief af te nemen. Vanuit de gemeenten van het Rivierenland is er momenteel alvast interesse om af te nemen door Sint-Katelijne-Waver, Putte, Nijlen, Lier, Berlaar. De diensten die onder dit contract vallen, zijn verzekeringsdiensten (CPV-code 66510000-8) De opdracht is voorbehouden aan verzekeringsmaatschappijen.
