- Brand' voor het geheel van alle verhuurde wooneenheden van Woonmaatschappij Dender-Zuid, zowel alle gebouwen in eigendom als alle ingehuurde woningen binnen onze doorverhuuractiviteit. Plaats van de dienstverlening: 8 gemeenten (Aalst, Lede, Erpe-Mere, Haaltert, Denderleeuw, Wichelen, Ninove en Geraardsbergen) waar Woonmaatschappij Dender-Zuid gebouwen in beheer heeft. Woonmaatschappij Dender-Zuid kan zich na contractuele aanstelling laten bijstaan door een makelaar voor de controle op de correcte uitvoering van de diensten in de toekomst. Dit houdt ook in dat deze makelaar aangesteld door Woonmaatschappij Dender-Zuid instaat voor (niet-limitatief):
- het opleggen van de eventuele borg
- opvolging eventuele prijsherzieningen en betalingen
- opvolging van de uitvoering van de opdracht en geplaatste bestellingen en het afhandelen van alle mogelijke problemen tijdens de uitvoering
- de keuringen, voorlopige en definitieve opleveringen
- de toepassing van maatregelen van ambtswege, wijzigingen aan het initieel contract en aanvullende diensten
- ingebrekestelling
- beëindiging van hun respectievelijke overeenkomst
