AZ Rivierenland vzw heeft een heel gamma aan drukwerk (offset en digitale prints): briefhoofden, omslagen, brochures, doordrukformulieren, visitekaartjes, formulieren,... Dit drukwerk wordt opgemaakt door AZ Rivierenland en wordt digitaal in PDF (in de huisstijl van AZ Rivierenland) aangeleverd aan de leverancier. De opdracht is opgedeeld in drie percelen: Perceel 1 "Drukwerk digitale prints", perceel 2 "Drukwerk speciaal" en perceel 3 "Enveloppen".
De komende jaren investeert AZ Rivierenland vzw in de implementatie en uitbreiding van een nieuw elektronisch patiëntendossier (digitalisering). Dit heeft een impact op de vermoedelijke hoeveelheden van perceel 2 en perceel 3. In concreto is perceel 1 zo goed als uitdovend op middellange termijn en de aantallen van perceel 3 zullen ernstig verminderen aangezien het verzenden van facturen en briefwisseling meer en meer digitaal zal gebeuren.
