Het voorwerp van de opdracht vormt een overheidsopdracht voor diensten, zoals bedoeld onder artikel 2, 21° van de Wet van 17 juni 2016 en met als voorwerp de raamovereenkomst met één deelnemer voor het ontwerp, de opbouw, afbraak, stockage, onderhoud en transport van beursstanden voor de AP Hogeschool, (hierna de “Opdracht”). Het eventueel mogelijke aandeel van levering is lager dan de waarde van de diensten waardoor, conform artikel 20 van de Wet van 17 juni 2016, de bepalingen van het hoofdvoorwerp van toepassing zijn met name de bepalingen inzake een overheidsopdracht voor diensten. Met de Opdracht beoogt de aanbestedende overheid een raamovereenkomst te sluiten met één deelnemer zoals bedoeld in artikel 2, 35° van de Wet van 17 juni 2016, zoals hierna gedefinieerd.
