Description
De volledig vernieuwde site, gebouwen én omgevingsaanleg, dienen voorlopig opgeleverd te zijn in het voorjaar van 2028. De opdrachtnemer zal in eerste instantie instaan voor het ontwikkelen van het masterplan van de site met inbegrip van het ontwerpen en bouwen van het nieuwe kantoorgebouw met bijhorende omgevingsaanleg. In tweede instantie is de opdrachtnemer verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van de onderhoudswerkzaamheden (zowel hard als soft facilities) gedurende de periode van 20 jaar conform de outputspecificaties.
Het bouwrisico en de onderhoudswerken zijn ten laste van de opdrachtnemer binnen de bepalingen opgenomen in het prestatiebestek.
