Description

Deze opdracht, in de vorm van een raamovereenkomst, heeft tot voorwerp de aanstelling van een aggregator die flexibiliteitsdiensten kan vermarkten, beheren en uitvoeren ten behoeve van VEB als aankoopcentrale. Deze flexibiliteitsdiensten omvatten onder meer het aanbieden van flexibiliteit via de door Elia georganiseerde markten voor balanceringsdiensten, namelijk FCR (Frequency Containment Reserve), aFRR (automatic Frequency Restoration Reserve) en mFRR (manual Frequency Restoration Reserve). Daarnaast maakt ook het verhandelen van flexibiliteit op de intradaymarkt integraal deel uit van de opdracht.

De aggregator zal de flexibiliteitsdiensten aan VEB als aankoopcentrale verlenen; VEB verkoopt deze diensten simultaan aan haar eindklanten (de “doelgroep”) doen.
