La présente concession de services a pour objet la gestion et l’exploitation du site historique, patrimonial, économique et touristique Carré Janson de Tournai. Au terme de la présente procédure de concession de services, la ville de Tournai (pouvoir adjudicateur - concédant) conclura un contrat de concession de services avec un concessionnaire qui aura en charge la gestion du site Carré Janson à Tournai en contrepartie du droit d'exploiter les services qui feront l'objet du contrat. La durée de la concession est prévue pour une durée de 15 ans à dater de la conclusion du contrat de concession.
