Description
De aanbestedende overheid wenst ontzorgt te worden bij de uitvoering van al dan niet verplichte technische controles alsook de opvolging ervan. Deze opdracht omvat meer bepaald de volgende opdrachten in hoofde van de opdrachtnemer:
- De ondernemer neemt zelf initiatief om periodieke keuringen uit te voeren zodat de aanbestedende overheid conform de wettelijke verplichtingen en termijnen in orde is. (minimale eis)
- De aanbestedende overheid verwacht dat de ondernemer beschikt over een online portaal (webtool) waar de verwerking van de keuringsverslagen kan gedeeld en opgevolgd worden (minimale eis); en
- Naast de opvolging en uitvoering van de wettelijke keuringen kan de aanbestedende overheid op afroep een risicoanalyse voor installaties laten uitvoeren door de ondernemer, een indienststellingsonderzoek laten uitvoeren door de ondernemer en/of adviesvragen voorleggen aan de ondernemer.
