Description
Deze opdracht omvat een raamovereenkomst voor het aanstellen van een veiligheidscoördinator voor de toekomstige aanpassings-, renovatie en nieuwbouwprojecten. In 2026 zullen een aantal projecten voor het revalidatie ziekenhuis Revales uitgevoerd dienen te worden: renovatie van de badkamers, toiletten, therapiezalen, afdelingskeukens, verpleegposten, maar ook de inrichting van bergruimtes en de herbestemming van het artsenlokaal. Ook vind de opstart plaats van het 'project Lemberge', waarbij in een eerste fase een nieuwbouwvleugel voor het woonzorgcentrum zal gebouwd worden.
Vervolgens zullen nog andere projecten voor het patrimonium van Zorgband Leie en Schelde op afroep dienen uitgevoerd te worden. Deze kaderen hoofdzakelijk in het behalen van de klimaatdoelstellingen, anderzijds zal ook fase twee van het 'project Lemberge' opgestart worden.
