De onderhavige opdracht valt uiteen in enerzijds – sterk samengevat - de ontwikkeling, levering en het onderhouden van een software waarmee IVIO in staat is het afval gewogen aan te rekenen, een planning op te maken, klachten te registreren en op te volgen, de IVIO-dienstverlening te registreren en aan gebruikers ervan te koppelen, betalingsuitnodigingen te versturen en gebruikers online toe te laten hun saldo te consulteren en producten of diensten te bestellen. Anderzijds behelst de opdracht tijdens de opstartfase; het registreren en opvolgen van klachten, vragen met betrekking tot facturatie, ledigingen, wissels afvalcontainers, … dit door middel van onder andere een infolijn (callcenter) en elektronisch loket zoals hierna verder beschreven.
