Description
The HR Excellence in Research process is a structured and monitored auditing mechanism centred on a continuous assessment in three-year cycles for recognising with the “HR Excellence in Research Award” the institutions that make progress in aligning their human resources policies to the 40 principles of the Charter & Code, based on a customised action plan/HR strategy. The contractor will be responsible, in collaboration with the Commission, the applicant institutions and the experts, for organising the continuous assessment of applications, including the organisation of desk-based assessments and site visits, the selection of experts, the administrative validation of experts’ reports and institutions’ submissions, as well as managing the communication with applicants, promoting the award and providing feedback to the Commission for policy purposes.
