Description
Raamovereenkomst voor het aanleveren van bemanning voor een technische helpdesk en aanverwante diensten. De Helpdesk Infrastructure and Facilities (HIF) van Brussels Airport Company (BAC) beheert de analyse, afhandeling en opvolging van technische alarmen en serviceaanvragen met betrekking tot luchthavenactiva, -faciliteiten en -systemen die onder de bevoegdheid van BAC vallen. De HIF ondersteunt eveneens het BAC Parking Management en BAC Customer Care tijdens de nacht- en weekenduren.
Jaarlijks verwerkt de HIF ongeveer 30.000 tickets op basis van alarmen, oproepen, e-mails en directe meldingen van medewerkers (Front Office). De technische interventies vereisen vaak onmiddellijke actie en worden uitgevoerd door multidisciplinaire medewerkers (Field Office). Deze interventies worden uitgevoerd door het HIF en hebben betrekking op een breed scala aan operationele kwesties.
De HIF verzorgt ook het operationele beheer van de uitgifte van (brand)vergunningen (Back Office). Gemiddeld worden er jaarlijks ongeveer 1.400 (brand)vergunningen verwerkt. Alle processen dienen klantgericht uitgevoerd te worden, met de nodigecoördinatie met alle betrokken partijen alsook met een efficiënte uitvoering ervan.
Deze opdracht betreft een raamovereenkomst voor een duurtijd van 3 jaar, twee maal verlengbaar voor een periode van telkens 1 jaar.
