Description

Het klinisch labo ZAS (Ziekenhuis Aan de Stroom) bestaat uit 5 activiteitencentra: één centraal labo in ZAS Middelheim en 4 urgentielabo's (ZAS Vincentius, ZAS Augustinus, ZAS Palfijn en ZAS Cadix). Het klinisch labo ZAS verwerkt in eerste instantie de stalen klinische biologie afkomstig van ZAS. Daarnaast zijn er ook nog externe klanten waaronder externe labo's, woonzorgcentra, clinical trial units, , … .

Voor de 4 urgentielabo's (RRL's) en één of meerdere locaties buiten (netwerk) ZAS is ZAS op zoek naar een systeem om het proces van ontvangen staalrecipiënten automatisch te registreren voor ontvangst en te sorteren voor transport of lokale analyse. Dit voorgaande vindt plaats via een systeem van bulksortering. Concreet betekent dit dat deze bulksorteerders aan onderstaande vereisten moeten voldoen:

in staat zijn stalen vanuit een buizenpostsysteem te ontvangen in de bulksorteerder zonder enige manuele handeling. Daarnaast moet ook een manuele invoer van stalen mogelijk zijn.
stalen (bloedtubes en wissers in courante afmetingen) identificeren en registreren voor ontvangst middels de uni/bidemensionele barcode aanwezig op het recipiënt
minimum capaciteit van 2000 stalen per uur
fysiek sorteren/ordenen in 8 à 10 afzonderlijke categorieën en een aparte error positie
het toestel moet bidirectioneel gekoppeld worden aan de Infinity middleware van Roche of het LIS om de nodige data uit te wisselen
