Le CPAS d'Andenne souhaite externaliser son activité « repas à domicile ». À cette fin, il recherche un concessionnaire afin de proposer aux actuels clients une solution de continuité de service. Cette concession a pour objet la prise de commandes, la fourniture, la distribution, la facturation et le recouvrement de repas en liaison chaude.
Le public ciblé est exclusivement celui actuellement servi par le CPAS d'Andenne via sa cellule de livraison de repas à domicile. En 2024, cela représentait environ 26.000 repas livrés. Notre public est composé majoritairement de personnes âgées, handicapées et/ou en difficulté sociale temporaire.
