De opdracht omvat een Design & Build (DB) formule die zal bestaan uit:

het ontwerpen en het bouwen van een incubator voor duurzame chemie van 2.350 m² bruto gebouwoppervlakte. Het gebouw omvat laboratoria, vergaderruimten en ruimten voor het algemeen beheer. Het gebouw dient opgevat te worden als een structuur die flexibel invulbaar is en tijdelijk een aantal functies kan opnemen in afwachting van voltooiing van het naastgelegen gebouw van PoAB.

het beschikbaar stellen van het gebouw op de vooropgestelde datum van voorlopige oplevering en het onderhouden en bijsturen van de technische installaties tot op de dag van de definitieve oplevering
