L’objet de la procédure de passation de marché est la conclusion d’un accord-cadre pluriannuel de services relatif à la réalisation de dossiers d’études et de dossiers liés aux performances énergétiques des bâtiments (PEB) dans le domaine de l’HVAC (Heating, Ventilation et Air Conditioning). Ceux-ci doivent être réalisés dans les règles de l'art et rechercher au minimum l'optimum économique tout en favorisant les solutions à basses émissions de CO2 tout en recherchant une meilleure efficacité énergétique. Les services faisant l’objet du présent marché seront prestés dans le cadre de la réalisation de projets de rénovation d’installations HVAC des Pouvoirs Publics Bénéficiaires.
Ceux-ci concernent des bâtiments publics répartis sur les 19 communes de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitales.
