Voorwerp van deze diensten: TD. Onderhoud openbaar groen 2026-2029. Plaats van dienstverlening: stad Blankenberge, Technische Dienst, Scharebrugstraat 110 te 8370 Blankenberge Deze opdracht betreft het onderhoud van een deel van het groenareaal van de stad.

De opdracht bestaat uit 2 verschillende zaken: 1) Groenonderhoud : De uit te voeren opdracht omvat:

het maaien en opvangen van gazons
het hakken en onkruidvrij houden van beplantingen en boomspiegels
het scheren van massieven
het scheren van hagen en onkruidvrij houden van de haagvoeten 2) Onkruidbestrijding Per specifieke locatie wordt er een beeldklasse cfr de CROW indeling vastgelegd. Het is aan de aannemer om een keuze te maken inzake de te gebruiken methode en frequentie om deze beeldkwaliteit te behouden. De basisovereenkomst heeft een duur van 14 maanden en is dan 2 x stilzwijgend verlengbaar, telkens met een periode van 12 maanden. De overeenkomst is opzegbaar, dit gebeurt schriftelijk met een opzegtermijn van 3 maanden
