Het betreft een occasionele gezamenlijke opdracht voor het totaalbeheer van de technische gebouwinstallaties (HVAC, sanitair warm water, regenwaterrecuperatie, elektriciteit en zwembadtechnieken) in eigendom van het lokaal bestuur Wetteren (gemeente/OCMW/AGB) en de politiezone Wetteren-Laarne-Wichelen. Dit totaalbeheer omvat het technisch beheer, het (preventief/modificatief) onderhoud, het verzorgen van de permanentie, en het uitvoeren van herstellingen en vervangingen onder totale waarborg. Bijkomend is de mogelijkheid opgenomen om prestaties bovenop de voorziene basisopdracht in regie af te roepen.
