Fase 2: Migratie van Bestaande Werkwijze Deze fase richt zich op de migratie van de bestaande werkwijze voor documentbeheer voor een veertigtal entiteiten, waaronder faculteiten, departementen en diensten naar de in fase 1 opgezette SharePointomgeving. Het omvat de ondersteuning om de huidige werkwijze te verhuizen naar het digitale platform, met inachtneming van toekomstige samenwerkingsmethoden. Deze migratie impliceert niet alleen het overzetten van bestanden, maar ook mogelijke organisatorische transformaties en het uitwerken van workflows.
Het doel is om virtuele samenwerking en communicatie binnen en tussen entiteiten te optimaliseren, en de werkefficiëntie en organisatorische effectiviteit te verhogen.
