Deze opdracht omvat de aankoop, levering en indienststelling van een laparoscopietoren, waarbij alle aangeboden componenten geschikt zijn voor 4K beeldvorming. Door het gebruik van de hoogste beeldresolutie, een snelle en accurate scherpstelling en licht verloopt de chirurgische ingreep veiliger, nauwkeurig en efficiënter. Twee van de vier torens zijn uitgerust met de extra functionaliteit ICG (indocyaninegroen), waarvan één van beide ook voorzien is met PDD (Photo Dynamic Diagnostics).
Aanvullend op deze opdracht wordt een raamovereenkomst gesloten voor zowel alle componenten van de laparoscopietoren, als voor de (standaard)optieken, inclusief afname van lichtkabels. Op het moment van plaatsing van de opdracht beschikt de aanbestedende overheid niet over concrete gegevens over het totale aantal én de specifieke samenstelling van alle nodige componenten. De inschrijver zal gevraagd worden een totaal overzicht aan te bieden - vertrekkend vanuit de blanco inventarisstaat - waarin elk item individueel gespecificeerd wordt, inclusief de stukprijs.
Het uitgangspunt is de inrichting van 4 operatiezalen met laparoscopie 4K, waarbij minstens 2 de mogelijkheid moeten hebben om te werken met ICG, en waarvan 1 van beide ook met PDD.
