Het voorwerp van de opdracht is de tijdelijke facilitatie en procesmatige ondersteuning van een verandertraject naar één samenhangend preventief gezondheidsaanbod in onderwijs. De opdracht omvat drie kerntaken: (1) de coördinatie, procesmatige ondersteuning en macro-management van het traject, inclusief coördinatie, bewaking van de voortgang, versnelling waar mogelijk, het opbouwen van draagvlak; (2) de inhoudelijk ontwikkeling van een uniform ondersteuningsproces en het uittesten van ondersteunende instrumenten voor Gezondheidsmakers (inclusief Gezond in Brussel) om het beleidsvoerend vermogen in scholen op vlak van een preventief gezondheidsbeleid te versterken (op een voor Vlaanderen gelijkvormige, kwalitatieve, haalbare en systematische manier), en (3) de uitwerking van een online toegangspoort voor onderwijsactoren.
