De zomertent zal zowel gebruikt worden door zowel externe organisaties als interne organisaties, zijnde lokaal bestuur Schoten zelf.
Hierdoor dienen gebruiks- en veiligheidsvoorschriften door de leverancier opgemaakt te worden en overhandigd te worden bij gunning zodat lokaal bestuur Schoten deze aan de externe organisaties kan overhandigen.
