De gebouwen zijn op te richten overeenkomstig de vooropgestelde fasering, zoals bepaald in de technische bepalingen bij de opdrachtdocumenten. De bouwwerkzaamheden omvatten: . de ruwbouw, de volledige afwerking, de technieken, het vast meubilair/de eerste uitrusting, de omgevingsaanleg met aanhorige constructies enz., alsook de voorafgaandelijke sloop van de bestaande gebouwen, terreinconstructies en omgevingsaanleg (na voorafgaandelijke asbestverwijdering); . inclusief alle bijhorende leveringen en werken overeenkomstig de technische bepalingen en losse bijlagen bij de opdrachtdocumenten voor huidige opdracht van werken gevoegd.
