De opdracht heeft als doel het uitvoeren van een koerierdienst voor stalen en kadavers van in het wild levende dieren, autopsie van kadavers, staalname, conditionering en analyse van stalen. Deze opdracht is noodzakelijk voor de operationalisering van een actieve en passieve bewaking van ziekten bij in het wild levende dieren in het Vlaamse Gewest. Een meer uitgebreide beschrijving van de opdracht is opgenomen in het hoofdstuk 3.
Technische voorschriften. Deze opdracht is een opdracht voor diensten in de zin art. 2, 21° van de Wet inzake overheidsopdrachten van 17 juni 2016. Deze opdracht is een raamovereenkomst in de zin van art. 2, 35° en 43 van de Wet inzake overheidsopdrachten van 17 juni 2016.
