De opdracht wordt onderverdeeld in 3 percelen:
- Perceel 1: SAP S/4HANA brownfield migratie naar Cloudomgeving
- Perceel 2: Raamcontract voor support op het water-link SAP-landschap met looptijd van 5 jaar over de nieuwe en bestaande SAP systemen in de grootst mogelijke zin.
- Perceel 3: Evolutieve aanpassingen aan de verschillende SAP of SAP-gerelateerde modules Momenteel gebruikt water-link SAP ERP6, on-prem. Wij wensen op korte termijn een technische brownfield migratie uit te voeren naar S/4HANA in een cloud-omgeving inclusief alle bestaande ‘custom’ ontwikkelde functionaliteiten. De huidige SAP ERP6 omgeving is geïntegreerd met het IT landschap bestaande uit SAP en non-SAP oplossingen, zoals SAP CRM, SAP PI/PO, SAP BW, SAP IDM, SAP WorkManager Cloud, SuccessFactors, OpenText Exstream, GIS, enz. De nieuwe S/4HANA cloud-omgeving moet alle bestaande integraties naadloos overnemen. Onze uitdagingen in het kader van de S/4HANA brownfield migratie zijn oa.:
