De opdracht omvat het leveren van voertuigen middels operationele leasing, evenals eventueel fietsen en andere vervoersmiddelen, en diverse mobiliteitsoplossingen. POAB beschikt momenteel over ongeveer 250 voertuigen die via een operationele leasing, actueel voor de periode van 5 jaar, worden afgenomen bij de huidige partners. De offertes dienen momenteel gemaakt te worden op basis van 60 maanden en 20.000 km/jaar.
Het staat de opdrachtgever echter vrij om tijdens de looptijd van het bestek aanpassingen aan te brengen aan de parameters (looptijd, kilometers per jaar) van nieuwe offertes. De opdracht omvat vrachtvrije levering en inbegrepen volledig onderhoud, herstellingen, verzekering, Europese pechbijstand, vervangwagen van het A-segment, rapportering, gesloten calculatie
