Deze opdracht betreft de externe evaluatie van ESF+ oproep 64, die gericht is op het opzetten van lokale partnerschappen voor de duurzame participatie op de arbeidsmarkt van personen met een complexe multiproblematiek. Binnen deze oproep worden binnen Vlaanderen 44 lokale partnerschappen gefinancierd, waarin VDAB, lokale overheden en andere lokale en/of regionale organisaties samenwerken om de diverse noden van personen met complexe multiproblematiek aan te pakken. Het uiteindelijke doel is om deze personen volwaardig te laten participeren in de samenleving en op de arbeidsmarkt.
