De stad Tienen wenst een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten voor het maaien van bermen en taluds en het afvoeren van het bijbehorende bermmaaisel op het grondgebied van de stad Tienen, overeenkomstig de bepalingen van het besluit van de Vlaamse regering van 27 juni 1984 houdende maatregelen inzake natuurbehoud op de bermen beheerd door publiekrechtelijke rechtspersonen en de omzendbrief van 4 juni 1987 betreffende bermbeheer door publiekrechtelijke rechtspersonen. Het bermmaaisel dient afgevoerd te worden naar een erkende verwerkingsinstallatie.
