De opdracht omvat het dagelijks en periodiek onderhoud van gebouwen van de gemeente Kortenberg. Het betreft de schoonmaak van lokalen, gangen, burelen, traphallen, sanitaire installaties, meubilair in diverse gebouwen. Bijkomend worden er prestaties gevraagd via Ad Hoc opdrachten.
Enerzijds om de wisselende bezetting van de gebouwen tijdens de vakantieperiodes en weekends op te vangen en anderzijds om een personeelslid van de gemeente te vervangen tijdens een periode van afwezigheid. Voor de uitvoering van deze prestaties dient de inschrijver in de inventaris (bijlage C) de betreffende uurtarieven in te vullen. De opdracht omvat onderstaande locaties.
(Deze locaties kunnen door de opdrachtgevende dienst worden uitgebreid in functie van de noodzaak met betrekking tot de Ad Hoc opdrachten).
