Le marché est un marché de stock pour la fourniture de sacs poubelle pour la collecte des déchets ménagers pour une période d’un an prenant cours au 1er janvier 2026, jusqu’à sa clôture au 31 décembre 2026, reconductible tacitement 3 fois (2027-2028-2029) pour une durée maximale de 4 années. Le Pouvoir adjudicateur a la possibilité de résilier le marché sans indemnité, tenant compte d'un préavis de 3 mois avant la fin de chaque reconduction. L’évacuation des déchets ménagers nécessite l’utilisation de sacs-poubelle réglementaires spécifiques.
Afin d’offrir plus de flexibilité aux ménages dans la gestion de leurs déchets, des sacs de capacités différentes doivent être disponibles. Lieux de livraison : à tous les points du réseau de distribution privé situés sur le territoire de la Ville de Namur et déterminés par le pouvoir adjudicateur ainsi qu’aux points de dépôts communaux.
